Fall.

We will have small group bible study on the movie “Jesus” created by Deaf Missions. We will start on September 11, Wednesday at 10am. We will have a group meet on Thursdays at 6:30pm starting September 12. Contact us with any questions! With fall comes change. Change in the weather, change in the colors we see and change to schedules. One that does not change is God. He will never change. He is the same, yesterday, today and forever.

Come Join Us

We meet at 4965 Barnes Rd, inside the building known as “The Well” Church. We have adult bible class at 9:30am. We have fellowship from 10:15am to 10:45am. What we believe…

We are a non-denominational Deaf church founded in 1970. Our goal is to help those who receive Jesus and encourage and edify them to become better followers of Jesus. (1 Thessalonians 5:11)

We believe in our triune God (Three persons in one God – the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) as we call it Trinity. We are created in God’s image, but we have fallen short of God’s glory.  The Bible tells us that all of us have sinned, and our sin separates God. (Romans 3:23)

The Gospel (The Good News) is that Jesus is the Son of the living God, who came to earth to die for all our sins, was buried and He rose from the dead to give us a wonderful hope of eternal life. (John 3:16; 1 Corinthians 15:1-8)

The Bible is the inspired and reliable Word of God. The Bible tells us that God teaches us to follow His will for our lives. The Holy Spirit indwells in our lives and guides us to live godly and holy lives. (2 Timothy 3:16). We use different translations to help us understand God’s word. We use KJV, NKJV, NIV, NLT, ERV, ESV and others. We also use Deaf Missions ASL bible translation videos. We are not restricted to one English translation.

Forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life are for everyone who trusts in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Those who accept Christ receive God’s grace when they turn away from sinful living (repentance), make their confession of faith and are baptized (immersed) into Him. (Romans 10:9; Acts 2:38). When they respond to Christ according to His plan, they receive forgiveness of sins and the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. We are to live faithfully to the end. (Romans 8:11-17)

Everyone (Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Hearing) are welcome to come and worship at the Deaf Church. We have voice interpreters for hearing people who may need help to understand.

Every Sunday, we have Lord’s Supper to remember Jesus’ body and His blood as an only perfect sacrifice for us.
